I earned my BDS from Lahore in 2020 and within months started the long US re-training process. The guides you'll find here are the ones I needed along the way: specific, non-anonymous, written while the details were still sharp.

In 2023, I matched into UMKC's Advanced Standing DDS program. In 2025, I started a pediatric residency at UT Health Houston. In between were the boards, the applications, the interviews, the cycles where I almost gave up, and the cycles where I knew I wouldn't.

Why BDS to DDS exists

The information for internationally trained dentists is everywhere and nowhere. Facebook groups with anonymous answers of varying reliability. Commercial prep courses that cost thousands. Scraps of advice buried in forum threads from 2014.

This library is what I wish existed when I started: a named human, a single organized path, and honest accounts of what worked and what didn't.

What I offer

The library — a flat $10 for six months of full access to every guide. Credentials, exams, applications, interviews, school life, licensure.

1-on-1 coaching — when your situation is too specific for any guide. Personal statement review, mock Casper and Kira, school selection strategy, and more. Subscribers get 10% off.

What I don't offer

I'm not an agency. I don't place people into schools. I don't take a cut of anyone's tuition. I don't guarantee outcomes — nobody can.

I share what I know. You bring the work.
